Sorry I am a day behind on pictures but yesterday was pretty crazy and I never got time...so, here is a quickie update and then we are off to begin again! First off...here is a picture of the front of the building!
No sign yet but we have a design worked up and it should be up in the next week!
Now, many of you are worried that it won't be as cute and homey as it is now...no worries! I live ina house full of boys and my store is the Chick Shack so believe me it's only going to get better and there is more room for more product! WOOHOO! Currently the walls are a bumblebee yellow and black with a nice blue floor...not so good!
And if you notice that yellow wall...well it is blocking off the huge back room that gives us a nice space for a classroom and LOTS more stuf! Sooooooo, we just need to take it down!
That's my fabulous man beginning the laborious task of taking the wall down...yep, most of it happened with a handheld saw...you gotta love metal studs! The SawZaw was used a little but mostly it was all about Henry and his $5 saw!
So now we have an entrance to the back and this is what is back here:
Imagine this spot with tables and chairs and glitter and clue and pictures and SCRAPPERS! :)
Ok, my handy man is telling me it's time to get a move on so more pics to come!
