A Teeny bit of Stamp Love!

So, if you saw any of my posts while I was away with my girls at Stamp Camp 2010 (this is our 11th year!) then you might have noticed that each and every thing i made happened to be with a Stampin' Up! stamp, ink or paper or combo of all three...yes, that is where my journey with stamping began many moons ago and I always travel back by SU! products when I get to play.  So, because I am now dying to own many new SU! things, I thought I would host a party in the shop on Tuesday night! Come at 6pm, do a make n take with Robin, our fabulous demonstrator, and order some fab new things...my current favorite thing is the medallion stamp...millions of things you can do with it and so stinkin' easy!  More shop news later today...or maybe tomorrow morning!  Toodles!

WHO IS IN CHARGE!?!?!

Cuz' she needs to STOP ORDERING PAPER!  It seems that I need a better system of keeping track of what I order because we are busting at the seems with new paper!  American Crafts is pretty darn fabulous so fabulous that I didn't say no to any one of their brand new lines...Abode, I do, Dear Lizzy, Botanique, Heat Wave and all their new adhesives...yep it's all here!  Of course BoBunny arrived the day before and they have  6 new lines too...Roughin' It, Jazmyne, Sophie, Paradise and Flower Child...every bit of all of that and UPS just sent me a love letter telling me that Three Bugs in a Rug gets here today...oh my!  Of course all this new stuff meant we had to move stuff to clearance so some of your favorites from last season moved back there to make room!  Come see us soon so we can make some room!

Yard Sales and Basic Grey!?!?!

Never would you think to see these two phrases together but count on Stac to give it to you!  We got a shipment of Kioshi and Green at Heart in Yesterday afternoon and it is all on the shelves for your scrapping delight.  Why would we pair that with Yard Sale news!?!?!  Well, I also ordered a few of their clearance collection packs...Figgy Pudding, Two Scoops, Infuse and Periphery at rock bottom prices so of course that means I share the love!  These are 60% off their original price so you get them for $15.99!  WOWZER!!!

Yard sale starts at 9am...You guys really outdid yourself with Spring Cleaning this time!  Tonz of fabulous stuff...lots of stamps and Cricut cartridges if you can believe it!

Time & Cost Please!?!?!

Ok, so I sent out the email today with no cost for each class!  AAARRRGGGHHHH!  It was all the new stuff coming in the door that distracted me!  So, the Lemons classes are both $30 and the Embelishment classes are both $40.  Remember, if you get signed up before April 1st, you get $5 off any class you take!  Many people have already called to sign up so get on the list while there is still space!

Now, about the time...apparently I have now posted not one or two or even three times for the Yard Sale on Saturday.  This wasn't meant to confuse or to keep you from coming to buy all the fabulous stuff so that I can save it all for me it was truly because I didn't write myself a reminder each time I sent out a message about the Yard Sale so here is the scoop...for real!  The Yard Sale on Saturday runs from 9:00am to 2:00pm.  Don't come early because I won't let you in!  I promise!  The stuff will be moved from the Community Room to the store at 2:00pm.

You still have all day tomorrow to bring stuff in if you would like!  In the words of Jen McGuire...Oh my WOW!   we have some great stuff!

LOVIN' SOME NEW STUFF!

I think the best part of this job (well besides all you fabulous people!) is the fact that brand new stuff comes in all the time!!!  So yesterday when I left to go celebrate St. Patty's Day with my peeps, Brown walked in with 87 boxes of new stuff!  Tim Holtz new stuff (and a little old stuff) is all here...new inks, stickles, scissors, foliage, findings, sanding blocks, stamp holders, stamp holder binder refills, craft spinners, Tim scissors, Tim distressing tool and lots more!!!  Sorry no embossing folders yet but they are on the way as soon as they are available to the world.  On top of that all sorts of miscellaneous things that we have been waiting on came in those boxes too.  Then Moxxie showed up...wrestling, cooking, Easter and baptism!  It's just too fabulous!  Come see me and YES, you can still bring in yard sale stuff!

Get Your Crop On!

Alright my scrappy peeps!  You wanted space to sling your glitter on a Friday night so we have it!  We will now be holding our shop crops in the Community Room next door to our shop!  WOOHOO!  no cramming in!  Cost is only $8 and you get a 6 foot table all to yourself!  Call today and get signed up because there are only 20 tables available and 10 of them are already taken!!!

Almost forgot...the crop is this Friday (March 19th) from 5pm-12am!

Scrappin' Summer Retreat!

WOOHOO!  We are set with a date and a location for our next Scrappin' Retreat!  I heard your cries teachers and we are going to throw in a Summer retreat!  On July 9-11, we will visit Bishop Gravatt Conference Center in Aiken, SC.  It's a beautiful and secluded setting with fabulous food and great scrappin' space.   We only have 24 spaces available so make sure that you get in soon!  Call me at the shop or pay through PayPal on the right side of the blog and get your deposit on the books!  A $65 deposit reserves your spot and then $75 is due on May 1st and $75 is due on June 1st.  Total cost for the trip is only $215.  That includes meals from Friday lunch through Sunday breakfast as well as snacks, drinks, prizes and great fun along the way!

What a Weekend!

Well, another Scrap4aCause is over and boy did we have a blast!  We collected over 200 books for Rolling Readers and approximately $500 for the cause!  WOOHOO!  Go US! A super huge thanks to DOnna Johnson, GIdget Douglas, Brenda Singer, Cody Singer Andrew Johnson for your help getting things ready THursday night and a million thanks to Tonya and Randa for being my right and left hand girls!  Of course we learn things each time we hold one of these grand events and you give us great ideas to make the next one better we will be making a few changes and tweaks to the next one so thanks for the ideas!  Our next gi-normous store crop is not for a charity but will be just as fabulous...it is Crop-a-Palooza!  National Scrapbook Day is just around the corner and we will be celebrating big time!  Join us on April 30 & May 1st for two full days of scrappy fun!  The cost is a little less this time because we have changed some things so click on this link for more info and get signed up fast...we only have 70 spots!  You can sign up via PayPal on the right...first 20 people get a prize!
